TripWorth — Privacy Policy

TripWorth helps ride-share drivers decide whether a trip is worth accepting. Ride offer analysis (OCR, settings, and history) is processed locally on your device.

What we use on device

• On-screen content (OCR) to read ride offers
• Your settings (minimum fare, fuel cost, custom rules)
• Local history of analyzed offers on your device
• Free-tier ride quota and Premium entitlement status

Ads (free plan)

The free plan may show rewarded ads (via Google AdMob) to unlock additional ride analyses. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID) and limited technical data to serve and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions (Premium)

Optional Premium is billed as a weekly subscription through Google Play Billing (price shown in the Play Store). Payment details are handled by Google; TripWorth does not receive your card number.

What TripWorth does NOT do

• No TripWorth account or sign-in required
• No TripWorth servers storing your ride OCR or history
• No sale of your personal data by TripWorth

Android permissions

• Screen capture — to analyze offers shown in other apps
• Display over other apps — for the verdict overlay
• Notifications — for the background reading service
• Battery optimization exemption — optional, so the service is not stopped mid-shift
• Internet — ads and Play Billing

Storage and deletion

Local TripWorth data stays on your device. You can clear history in the app. Uninstalling removes local app data. Advertising preferences can be managed in Android settings (reset advertising ID / ads personalization).
